2019 – Barbera d’Alba D.o.c. – 0,75 ml

 11,90

Italians are divided over whether Barbera should take the masculine or the feminine definite article – il Barbera or la Barbera?

The Treccani Institute says both versions are used. Masculine when referring to the grape variety, feminine when referring to the wine. In Langhe, Barbera is female. It always has been.

However, since there is no unanimous agreement, we prefer to stand by our initial position and invite you to sample the wine without delay.
