Ageing: In stainless steel tanks
Tasting notes:
– Colour: straw yellow with gold reflections
– Smell: citrus, grapefruit with good aromatics notes and distinct honey flavour
– Taste: juicy and mineral, well balanced with a long fresh finish
Winemaking notes:
Vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at a temperature of 17°C for 20-22 days
Ageing: in steel tanks on lees, with stirring at regular intervals.

Aroma: fresh and delicate with notes of broom and camomile
Flavour: juicy and mineral, excellent flavour
